Whenever I travel abroad, I’m reminded of how simple a meal can be. A little cheese or ham with bread, often with hardly any seasoning, simply enjoying the ingredients as they are. By the end of a trip, I inevitably start missing Japanese food, but after being home for a while, I find myself thinking back to those simple, everyday meals from my travels.
Service Projects’ stainless steel tableware feels perfectly at home in those unpretentious moments. Even something as simple as bread and cheese takes on the atmosphere of a table somewhere far from home.
