To execute your order we need information about your name, address, telephone number and email address. All your data is safe and will not be given or sold to any other parties. All payment information is entered through an encrypted. Neither our company nor any others will be able to read or retract your data.

Under normal circumstances, orders are packed and shipped from our store within 2–3 business days. We will ship your order via EMS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx, and you will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched. *Please note that some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to shipping regulations. In such cases, we will contact you individually.
Shipping Prices
Shipping price will be applied to your order depends on the total order volume.
If the product is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unknown address, we will charge the shipping fee again.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. The amount of duties and taxes may vary depending on the item and the country of destination.
We will only accept refund or replacement if your order is damaged upon delivery. If you receive the order in such condition, please contact us at onlineshop@generalfurnishings.jp within 7 days after purchase. We may ask you to send the pictures of damaged items.
Please be noted that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as "I don't like the products" or "I made a wrong order". So please make sure to check product images and descriptions before your purchase.
There may be cases where the stock is not available. If it happens, we will contact you within 2 business days.
