Lola Moreau, a ceramic artist based in a quiet alley near Place de la Bastille in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, spent much of her childhood in her father's studio, where he worked as a skilled artisan in textiles. Surrounded by her father's magical creations, she cultivated her artistic sensibility. Before becoming a ceramic artist, she worked in web and visual content. Her journey into ceramics began when she started attending night classes in pottery. She quickly became addicted to ceramics as part of her job, and soon after opening a studio with a friend, ceramics became an integral part of her life. Her creations, which combine soft forms that convey the movement and sensibility of her hands with the visual interest she has developed over the years, are both functional and decorative, embodying her strong desire to create objects that look beautiful on their own, whether on a table or a shelf.
