HACK WIT by Roni Horn

¥6,600

Artist book by American contemporary artist Roni Horn, exploring the play between language and visual form. This volume collects a series of drawings created between 2013 and 2015, in which English clichés and proverbs are painted in watercolor, cut apart, and recombined into humorous and nonsensical new phrases. Also included is the text "Hack Gloss" by Canadian poet Anne Carson, making this book a compelling meditation on the intoxication, deconstruction, and reconstruction of language.
