FRUITING BODIES by Ying Ang

¥9,350

A monograph by Melbourne-based artist Yin An. Focusing on mushrooms observed in suburban parks, the work carefully traces their growth and cycles. Rather than presenting them simply as organisms, An approaches mushrooms as a feminist metaphor, quietly revealing forms of life that exist between decay and regeneration. Themes of softness and resilience, individuality and collectivity, unfold across layered meanings, offering a renewed perspective on the connections between nature and society.
