A part of LGS's tephra series, the lamp is inspired by nature's power, ancient mountains carved by glaciers, lava frozen in time, earthquakes, and living volcanoes. Growing up in the wake of the volcanic explosion of Mount St. Helens, the LGS craftsmen designed the tephra desk lamp to be reminiscent of a vesicular volcanic rock created during an eruption and blankets the landscape.
