Hanna Peterson's artwork is subtly colorful and characterized by an appreciation for the human body, the textiles that envelop us, and the environments we engage with. Her work frequently features the organic textures of fabrics and skin. When painting, Hanna prefers to use gouache on raw canvas. However, she has recently explored other mediums such as tufting and working with textiles, incorporating natural materials like wool, cotton, and linen into her creative process.
