Anine Cecilie Iversen, originally from Denmark, was introduced to French Impressionist painters during her childhood by her father, an art teacher. Her experiences at the Musée d'Orsay in Paris, where she encountered the works of Matisse and Pierre Bonnard, laid the foundation for her visual aesthetics. From these influences, she learned to incorporate vibrant colors and natural forms into her artwork. Anine's creative process involves drawing inspiration from old art books and botanical texts, experimenting with color combinations, and completing light sketches before finalizing her pieces. She is particularly captivated by the constant changes in the colors, shapes, and expressiveness of flowers, reflecting this fascination in her work.
